The Challenge:
State of G4 Foundation (SOG4) is raising funds for a campaign called "Affordable Housing for all". Every day, hundreds of Americans start fundraisers for basic necessities like food, housing, and utilities. The intent of SOG4 is to work on the housing part to help individuals and families make ends meet and find paths to stability. SOG4 has established very good relationships with local builders and developers to assist in the cause of building and acquiring Multifamily apartments to create Affordable housing for those in need. This is NOT a permanent solution for those who are or want to get onto a welfare type system. This is specifically designed for people who just ran into some hard times and need a helping hand. Most people do not desire to have a hand out. However, there are times when we all simply need a helping hand. This is especially a positive method for assistance of the families of fallen warriors and first responders as well as child bereavement. Some people just need little help to get back on track with their lives. This is what the State of G4 Foundations "Affordable housing for all" campaign is all about. People who lost their jobs due to the Covid event then might have gotten another job but for a lot less than what they were making prior. "Affordable Housing for All" is to provide a limited amount of assistance so that people and families can get back on their feet again and become productive members of their communities again. Affordable Housing for all is focused in the Houston, Texas market for now. Expected growth in the Houston MSA is expected to hit over 8 million people over the next 5 years. This is not associated with any government programs. This is designed by the State of G4 a Private Foundation to help the community that we all live in.
